Ingredients

1 tsp Ginger, minced
1/2 purple onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted
English cucumbers (about 5 cups sliced)
