Ingredients
1 Carrot, medium
1 English cucumber, large
1/2 tbsp Lemon, zest
1 Mango, ripe
1 Avocado
1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce
1 Pepper, ground
1 Salt
14 ounces imitation crab meat sticks
Directions
Julienne carrot, cucumber, mango, & crab
mix all ingredients together (except avocado)
Serve sliced avocado on top
