My Kani Salad


Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot, medium

  • 1 English cucumber, large

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon, zest

  • 1 Mango, ripe

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Garlic Chili Sauce

  • 1 Pepper, ground

  • 1 Salt

  • 14 ounces imitation crab meat sticks

Directions

  1. Julienne carrot, cucumber, mango, & crab

  2. mix all ingredients together (except avocado)

  3. Serve sliced avocado on top
